I bet when you dreamt about owning a mill house in France it looked exactly like this!
I know mine did, with roses around the door, a little waterfall or two and a small stream encircling the house with little footbridges and sparkling clear water.

The hamlet is in the Brenne National Park some 183,00 Ha of beautiful parkland, forests, wet lands and lakes with around 33,000 inhabitants. A very popular area for naturalists with a wealth of protected species of animals and birds, it is quite stunning.
Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges (1 hour 10 minutes) and Poitiers (1 hour 20 minutes) and trains at Argenton-sur-Creuse- 15 minutes having services to Paris, Lille, London & Brussels. You will even see the odd bus in the area, a rare site in rural France!

The current owners use the house for their private use and family visits, but the owners previous to themselves ran the place as a B & B and the bedrooms are set in such a way that you could do that from day one, without any changes.

The house has Broadband, Mains Water, and electricity, Gas (Bottled). It is mostly double glazed with a wood fire for heating, with electric radiators has back up should they be needed. Drainage is to a Fosse.
