The Highline ApartHotel is the perfect project for any investor looking for an affordable, high-yielding investment backed by the expertise of one of the world's leading hotel chains.

In order to offer the best returns to investors here, the apartments in the ApartHotel are compact - similar to the sizes of hotels that you will find in upmarket hotels around the world.  The majority of the apartments here are studios, varying in size and layout, all sized within the region of 25-30m2.  The tower will also offer a number of one-bedroom suites in addition to the studios, ranging in size from 45-60m2.

All apartments at the Highline ApartHotel are supplied on a White Frame basis, with prices depending upon the floor that the apartment is located on.  These prices range from ₾2720/$1100 per m2 on the 3rd floor, going up to ₾3660/$1480 for units on the 22nd floor.  Buyers need only pay 15% of the purchase price upon contract, with the remainder payable during the course of the build.

For those wishing to enroll in the Wyndham Garden management scheme, buyers need to add an additional ₾1484/$600 per m2 to the White Frame price for finishing and furnishing up to the hotel chain's high standards.  In return, Wyndham Garden will share all of the revenue from the apartments on a 60/40 basis with owners of the apartment.  All of the costs from the running of the hotel - maintenance fees, cleaning, taxes, etc. - will be the responsibility of the hotel group, which means that the owners' 60% share is completely net.  The strength of Wyndham Garden's brand and expertise will ensure high occupancy and room rates for all of the apartments in the building.
