The gardens are beautifully landscaped and approx. 1400 sq meters in area with orange, lemon, plum, pear and peach trees as well as the native pines. It has a large double garage, electric doors etc. The house will be offered with a private berth at the local marina with electricity and water. The house is full of furniture too large for my needs, a lot of it antique so this will be negotiable. There are a further 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The local village, El Portil is a 10 minute walk away. It has 3 supermarkets and approximately 15 bars and restaurants. The border with Portugal is 20 miles away which then becomes the Algarve. There are two airports equidistant, Faro in Portugal and Seville in Spain, both a one hour drive away.
