The finca has been modernised and totally rewired thoughout. The large garden area contains a screended swimming area and an adjacent al fresco dining patio surrounded by extensively planted flower beds and specimen trees/palms.
The remainder of the property includes planted sections with an orchard supporting fruit trees including avocado trees, which on average producing 200 kg a year. There are also lemon, orange and niperos trees throughout and on the perimeter fence is passio fruit wines, Cordoned off is an area with a section for growing vegetables and fruit. All planted areas support irrigation systems controlled by timer units. The finca is situated at the bottom of a valley enclosed by trees making it almost totally private with two resident eagle nests nearby and is on the migration rout for vast amounts of birds (eagles, osprey and buzzards) en route from Africa to Europe between May and August.
