The property is situated in a rural village called Fernando Po, at about 35 minutes from Lisbon Airport, surrounded by vineyards, as this is the main business for the region. It has good accessibility even though it is isolated, feelling very private and tranquil, with magnificent views.
It's close to a motorway interchange that goes in all directions. Setubal is about 20 minutes away, a large seaside town with some excellent beaches and the Arrabida mountain, which is a nature reserve in the bay of the Rio Sado. For fresh fish and seafood, at very good prices, Setubal is the place. If you fancy the Atlantic coast beaches, all you need is to catch the ferry from Setubal to Troia and in a blink of an eye, you're there with or without your car!
There's a live connection to the national power grid of 220/ 380 volts and a bore hole was drilled with a depth of 70 metres that has a submersible pump fitted to the bottom and plenty of good quality drinking water comes out of it. The property sits next to the vineyards of one of the biggest wine producer in Portugal "Casa Ermelinda Freitas" which has won worldwide gold medals and on the south side, the vineyards of "Casa Assis Lobo".
