Where is La Sella Golf Resort? La Sella Golf resort is an urbanisation within Pedreguer and is situated approximately 1 hour drive from Alicante and Valencia Airports. 9km to Denia.
The main AP7 motorway junction 62 which is the Denia/Javea/Ondara turn off if you head towards Pedreguer on the CV-724.
The Urbanisation of La Sella
Some of the first properties here were built in the late 1980's early 1990's and building has been controlled and regulated which means the majority of properties here are legal and have all the relevant permissions.
You do not need to play golf, tennis or horse ride to live or buy here, I don't but enjoy the beautiful clean and secure residential location. If you are looking for an investment property, villa, apartment or town house there are a great selection to choose from and with all the facilities on the door step it makes a great place for rentals or to live all year.
The urbanisation is one of the most well kept on the Costa Blanca North, with subtle street lighting, 24-hour security, rubbish bins emptied daily and a team of gardeners to maintain the communal areas.

La Sella Golf Course

What the local mini market does not have you can find in La Xara Masymas or Pedreguer Masymas where you will find a massive selection of all foods, fresh breads, meats, cheeses basically everything you can think of.
Bars and Restaurants
Alongside the Golf club restaurants, Thai and clubhouse, there are some other great places to eat.
Armells Bar and Brasserie this is a meat lover's delight. Cooked on the open fire to perfection.
Taberna Antigua is a beautiful elegant restaurant serving excellent cuisine and catering for all.

Fiestas
As well as all the fiestas in Pedreguer Urbanisation La Sella have their own fiesta usually in June or July it is a street party with music, dancing, raffle for charity and generally just a fun evening.

Walking routes
There are many footpaths for scenic walks around the hills of La Sella, they are signposted and the views are spectacular. The plants, flowers, herbs ad trees are really pretty at any time of year there is always something to take a photograph of. The views of the coastline are amazing and when you reach the summit have a drink and take in the views.

La Sella Community
If you do wish to be part of a community then La Sella is a very subtle one. There are regular activities going on in the area and you can be part of it by joining the mailing list. Each zone has their own president who will inform you and keep you up to date with what is happening in the local area.

L'Albarda Gardens
These gardens are situated on Urbanisation La Sella, they are famous for the plants, trees and shrubs that are indigenous to the local area, the gardens are within a manor house and they hold classical events within the gardens on a few occasions throughout the year, if you are signed up for the updates of La Sella you will get an email letting you know when.

Nearest Beaches
The nearest beaches are in Denia, Les Marines here you will find an abundance of things to do, white sand sun drenched with very few tourists. Miles of sand stretch from Denia to Gandia. Just 10 minutes by car.
Water sports are in designated areas along the beach, kite surfing, paddle surfing and if you fancy the jump on the banana boat for a high-speed jet across the blue waters.
International School
An important part of permanent living in Spain with children, the Lady Elisabeth schools are very popular as they are international and have a very high success rate of passing exams. There is a coach that picks up children from various other towns and takes then to school.
