Between the house and casita, there is a covered area, and to the other side there is a carport. The long driveway is lined with palm trees, and there is plenty of parking space. To the rear of the house, there is an orchard with many fruit trees, a chicken coop and water storage, and to the front, a further orchard with fruit trees. The front of the house enjoys superb views.
