A metal bench and a post box are attached to the side of the outside staircase and under stairs secure storage houses the gas bottles.

There is free parking in the little square at the end of the street.

Although this house would benefit from some cosmetic upgrading, it is in a much sought after location and would make a lovely holiday home or first time purchase.

Penela is a historical town with nice open squares and a well restored Knights Templar Castle famed for its Medieval Festivals and other events throughout the year. There is everything you could hope to find in this pretty town, a library, swimming pools, cinema, health centre, a hotel with pool, gym & spa, a weekly market and several good restaurants and coffee shops. The stunning city of Coimbra is approximately 20 minutes drive and the market towns of Miranda do Corvo 10 minutes and Lousa 15 minutes.
