Across the back of the house a large covered terrace has a utility area, with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer and chiller. This terrace looks towards the pool and has superb views of the valley and mountains. On both sides of the gardens there are growing areas for vegetables and fruit trees, and separate double gates for access. There is also a garage, currently used for storage, and also more parking space. Behind the garage, there is an orchard with young olive trees, and also a chicken coop.
