The house itself is a small walk from Sucina town centre but in a very quiet location with virtually no passers by.

Sucina is a typical Spanish 18th century small farming town with a village church and has all the services and amenities for daily living, including a medical centre, schools, veterinary surgery, filling station, banks supermarket, post office and chemist. There are a selection of bars and restaurants and a produce market on Mondays.

Close to motorway, with beaches, and main town of San Javier just a 20 minute drive.
The nearest airport Corvera only a 30 minute drive and Alicante airport 65 minutes away. The town of Balsicas is a 10 minute drive away and has a train station which connects to Murcia and from there to the rest of Spain.

Hacienda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf courses are just a 5 minute drive with many other top class courses in the area.

Sucina town is in he middle of lovely open countryside so provides ample opportunity to those who enjoy walking and cycling, there is even a cycle track which goes all the way to San Javier. The lake at Torremendo is around a 20 minute drive through the countryside and provides good carp zander and black bass fishing.


One of the larger plots (265 sq metres) that you can walk all the way round. The house faces south so you maximise the sun.
The swimming pool is large allowing proper swimming measuring 8.5 metres x 2.6 metres. A solar cover has just been replaced which keeps the heat in and avoid evaporation. There is also a California blues swimming pool heat pump installed (at a cost of 2,500 euros) which will raise the temperature (or decrease when really hot) by one degree an hour or could be left on all year to maintain a constant pool temperature. This enables use of the pool all year round if desired. Outside cold water shower.
