As Pine Hills is a gated development there are condominium fees to pay, for a two bedroom unit these are EUR3,300 per year.

If you buy a property in Pine Hills you are offered the option to sign up to their rental system. This gives a gross yield of 5% per year for three years. Subject to terms and conditions being fulfilled Pine Hills have secured favourable mortgage offers from major high street banks.
