Appartamento della Fontana - the apartment of the fountain - is located right in the heart of the historic centre of Arpino, a medieval hilltop town only 90 minutes from Rome. One of the very oldest areas of Arpino, Civita Falconara, leads straight off Arpino's main piazza past an impressive marble fountain. And here, at the entrance to Civita Falconara overlooking the large marble fountain, is Appartamento della Fontana.

The property occupies the entire top floor of one wing of the huge palazzo situated behind the fountain. This wing has its own street entrance and has been divided into two apartments, this property and an apartment occupying the lower floor.
