Exterior design

The architect's brief was to use natural and recyclable materials and to ensure the buildings fit with the surrounding landscape and neighbouring buildings, including the old Landhaus which will become the wellness but retain its original exterior.

The process has involved many meetings with the local council and Tirol planners who are keen to protect the ancient community here but at the same time breathe new life into the resort.
