I am selling my beautiful holiday apartment in Bulgaria , which I have had since it was built in 2006. The apartment has one main bedroom with a double bed, double wardrobe , terrace and sea view. The living room / reception room and kitchen are one open space which has a sofa bed ( new ) and a further double bed. There is also a terrace there but this time overlooking a beautiful pool. The kitchen has a small cooker , fridge /freezer and extractor.
All windows have been fitted with external thermal blinds in white. The apartment is fully double glazed and has been fitted with full metal front door , boosting a secure two ways locking mechanism.
At 75 square meters , the apartment feels large and the standard high European ceilings , add to the feeling of space.
There is a fully tiled bathroom of a good size which has shower , sink and toilet unit. The water is heated by a powerful electrical boiler providing constant supply of hot water on demand.
The apartment further benefits of a good size utility room with water connection and electrics. Currently there is a washing machine fitted there, but it is also really handy for storing beach accessories and toys for children or diving equipment.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a private complex, with its own communal garden , underground parking and lift.

From the front door of the apartment to the sand of the beach it takes approximately 5 minutes walk. If one choses to explore with a car or on foot , there is a stunning diving area boosting underground caves and extraordinary marine life. The area is located approximately 10 min drive from the apartment and is free to the public , although there are also diving equipment hire companies that service the area.
If one choses to venture even further along that coastal line, there are places of exceptional beauty and national heritage to be found as this is the area of the Black sea coast , where mountain meets the sea.
Unlike most of the busy holiday locations on the Black sea coast such as Sunny Beach , Golden sands and Varna, Primorsko is this much further south , and near the Turkish border, making it a lot less known and therefore much more quieter , whilst still boosting all the amenities one may need.
This really is a family place to go on holiday , and the apartment itself is brilliant for a family with up to 4 children.
There are mini supermarket style shops , pharmacies and lovely boutique restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. Approximately 10 min walking will take you to a massive Aqua park , where children and adults alike could spend all day having fun , going from slide to slide, and of course there is a cocktail bar for the adults - a must visit place.
If one choses to spend the day at the beach then over 20 kilometres of fine sand beaches are literally on your door step. Those vary from private VIP beaches with waiter service to your chair from the beach bar to free public beaches. The see line in Primorsko and in particular the area outside the flat is unique as in the fact that it is very shallow sea for up to 20 meters in , gradually getting deeper , so its is very safe for young swimmers and those not very confident at sea.

From the UK , there are direct flight to Burgas airport which is 30 min drive from Primorsko. What I have done over the years is to fly to Burgas , then get a taxi to Primorsko ( approximately 20 max) and walk everywhere as you really don't need a car there. If a vehicle is however a must, there are plenty of car hire companies in the area.

This a rare opportunity to purchase in this area and so close to the sea with see view that will never be taken away. The apartment has been used twice every year for 2 weeks at a time ( once in June and once in August ) so it is in immaculate condition as new.
