Within a couple of minutes walk is the bakery and little supermarkets plus a choice of tavernas. The village also has a doctor visit once a week. Neapolis with the hospital, civic services, tavernas, supermarkets etc. is within a 5 minute drive. Aghios Nikolaos is at 10 kms and Heraklion airport at 50 kms.

The house has been lived in permanently for several years, but would also make a great holiday home in this traditional, clean and tidy village.
