This country villa is situated at only 4,7 kilometers from the famous white village Frigiliana.

The property is on a large plot of land (10.520 m2) full with avocado trees, as well as some mango, fig trees and banana trees. The current owners are still working the avocado plantation and the house was originally a so called "apero", needed for the work on the land.

During the years the owners have built a villa on two floors with an open plan living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the entrance floor and 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor. Everything is registered at the notary and land registry. The property has its own water supply; there is one registered well on the land and a large water depot (500.000 ltr); enough water to irrigate the trees as well as provide the house with plenty of water.

The property has great views of the surrounding country side and mountains and there is a possibility to make a terrace on top of the water depot, from where you will have sea views as well.

In front of the villa, there is a private pool. There are about 400 trees (from which 330 avocado trees), giving a good income for the owners or to hire a person to maintain the house and trees. The villa has good access.
Beside the income of the fruit, the owners have an additional income for holiday rentals via a rental agency. The house is rented from April till October.
