The popular and extensive La Zenia Boulevard is 25 minutes up the motorway.

The town of Sucina is 1.5 kms away and has all the necessities for day to day living as well as a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The nearby town of Balsicas has a train station with connections to Murcia, Cartagena and then onwards to all major cities. Murcia and Cartagena are within easy access by motorway and have Modern shopping malls, interesting narrow streets, picturesque plazas and lots on offer for culture seekers.
