Country house with two garages, barn, outbuildings and vast plot of land located in a quiet village 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor, spacious living room, small basement and one more room. The second floor holds enclosed terrace, corridor, three bedrooms, kitchen and storage room. Both floors are connected via external staircase. Behind the house one can find garage and four very big premises which are partially finished. They can be turned into garages, workshop and garages, big storage areas, etc. Another spacious & solid garage can be found attached to the side of the house. It is very big and can hold in it even a van or small truck. Above the side garage is a nice, spacious terrace which with little work can be turned into a great place for relaxation under the shade of big walnut trees. Here one can enjoy his glass of wine in the evening or have a BBQ with friends and enjoy the cool breeze in the hot summer days. The ground floor of the house is completely covered with solid stone panels on the outside and almost entirely from the inside as well. This is a unique feature which makes this house differ from all others in the area. From the street the property has a fence made of steel and solid stone.
