Ravdoucha is a small, typically Cretan village in a private and secluded spot with unobstructed view overlooking the Bay of Kissamos and the Peninsula of Gramvousa.  It is perched on a hillside and it looks down across a sea of olive trees towards the shimmering blue waters of the Gulf of Kissamos.

Ravdoucha has a quiet, pebbly beach with tamarisk trees and a rocky seabed, making it ideal for snorkeling.

For shopping and a good choice of waterfront tavernas, the seaside village of Kolymbari is no more than a 10 minute drive away.  Here you will find a large supermarket, bank, bakery, chemist and post office.

To the right, a small hallway leads to a bedroom and the shower room. The bedroom comes with a sofa bed and bookshelves. It offers great views towards the sea. A patio door opens to an exterior veranda overlooking the olive groves stretching until the Bay of Kastelli.

The blue-white shower room has a wall to wall shower and under the stairs there is a storage space housing the washing machine.

Tiled steps with a wooden banister lead to the top floor which consists of 2 bedrooms and another shower room. Both bedrooms have free standing wardrobes and a patio door leading to a terrace with sea view. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a single bed.

Outside: 

The access to the house is via a 500m long dirt track through olive groves, departing from the village. 

The house is well maintained, is walled and fenced and corner stones give it a more traditional look. 

It is surrounded by wooden pergolas and plenty of sitting corners give the opportunity for external living. 

The plot is mainly tiled and pebbled for easy maintenance, a small pool or a Jacuzzi could be installed. 

A few bushes, flowers and shrubs give it colour and shade during the hot summer days.

The property is well maintained, is currently used as a holiday home but as it is fully equipped including central heating; it could be used as your permanent home in Crete.
