A single storey, typical Andalucian Farmhouse with approximately 18 Acres of Land.

The house is situated on rising ground about 4 miles from the town of Pizarra, which is a conurbation of some 9000 population and has a very adequate range of shops and supermarkets. There is a day clinic with Health service doctors and first aid facilities. The nearest 24 hr. A&E is a 25 minute drive away.
Pizarra has a railway station with an hourly service to Malaga. Malaga Air port is a 30 minute drive away or the same by train. The Coast, Torremolinos Fuengirola Marbella etc.,is about a 45 minute drive.
The current owners have lived here for 18 years and the property is only for sale due to creeping old age and a desire to take things a bit more sedately. It is a happy house and a lovely place to live.

Please note; In our opinion this property is not suitable as a second home as it requires constant attention to the land and trees. The property is secluded and welcomes constant habitation both to keep everything running smoothly and from a security aspect. Irrigation also needs to be carried out during the dry period.
