The road which bounds the property past the house is not busy, it's so peaceful that its nice to hear your neighbour going about their work. There is an untarmaced track down one boundary along the side. The other two boundaries are owned by one family, who run cows and arable.

The Gite (To Renovate) and Rear Garden

The Gite has a new roof and Velux window. The walls are stone and sound. It requires windows and doors, a stairs and upstairs floor. There are water electric and sewage laid.

It would make 2 beds and bathroom first floor and kitchen, lounge ground floor. The rear lawn would be private from the main house and it is easily possible to create a separate entrance driveway.

Home to four large Carp and many small ones. Bullfrogs, dragonflies, Kingfishers and many passing birds. A beautiful cool breeze to sit by in the summer, delightful winter light. Approx 30' deep one side shelving to the shallow side. Approx 80 x 100'. It was completely dug out in 2015 and is all clean and natural, with some oxygen plants.

The large Barn and Yard

The main barn is good condition smooth concrete. The yard is very old concrete and has drainage running down the centre, it was previously damaged superficially. New electrics, automatic floodlights and water.

The renovation to the house, outbuildings and new septic tank were all completed in 2017.
