Upstairs there is a further family sitting room with a large open fireplace and feature chimney breast which is perfect for warming one's toes on a chilly winter's eve. There is also a large balcony which is ideally suited for sunbathing on in privacy. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and come equipped with ensuite facilities and each room has it's own balcony as well.

Outside there is a large dining and entertaining area and a small utility area discreetly screened from the rest of the gardens. The main feature, however, is the swimming pool and the extended deck surrounding it. The views from any part of the garden are lovely and look out of the surrounding area and down to the sea.
