Casa Principessa is a beautifully restored farmhouse situated in the famous Golden Triangle area of Le Marche. It enjoys magnificent views of the hill-top village of Gualdo, the town of Sarnano in the valley below, the majestic Sibillini mountains and in the distance can be seen views of the Gran Sasso of Abruzzo. The property, parts of which date back to the 1700s, has been lovingly restored by local artisan builders using the old stones, handmade tiles and wooden beams found within the property, creating a charming and luxurious villa with all modern conveniences. The buildings are surrounded by established gardens and hedges, including an ancient olive tree that is more than 70 years old. Building A
This main building is positioned between the other two buildings, and is the main residence. It comprises three levels and is set on the side of the hill, allowing entrance via both the ground and first levels of the surrounding terraced garden.

Building B
This building includes two levels plus an attic. In terms of square metres it is bigger than Building A (the main house) and has been completed to a builders finish (only the structure and externals) and needs to be completed. The completion can be developed as one big residential home or divided into smaller units for business proposals. Plans are available for the finishing of this building from the architect/engineer who managed the original restoration.
