The house is situated on a tarmac road at the far end of a little hamlet. It has a footprint of 40 square meters and is set over two floors. The plot of land it is in situated at measures about 6.800 square meters and has an old well.

The house needs a lot of work to convert into a house. It can also be extended. There are good open views from the house into the landscape. Walking right down the tarmac lane, you enter the woods and have a number of options for paths to discover where you would be on your own without having to run into anyone.
