This private villa is located 10 km above Albufeira on the southern edge of a small hamlet between the towns of Tunes (1.5 km) and Paderne (4 km). From the bright living room and the balcony there is a beautiful view over the valley to the coast of the Algarve. Below is, at the level of the garden and swimming pool, a separate apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around the villa is a mature garden, beautifully lit in the evenings, with paths that connect the various carefully arranged places. The plot is completely fenced and covered with vegetation, giving you complete privacy. This is a place where you will fully enjoy life in the Algarve inside and out.

The villa is one of the few in the hamlet lying completely free on the edge of the green valley. On the street road is a lovely designed steel gate that provides access to the paved forecourt with a carport for a car at the villa. There is another overgrown carport for 2 cars on the road before the gate. The forecourt changes into a sheltered seating area on the north side in front of the portal with the front door. Directly next to the carport, a number of steps lead to a somewhat lower terrace with a beautiful view over the garden and the valley. This is the place where you will want to enjoy a nice meal. On the other side of the villa, a stone staircase leads to the lower apartment and the swimming pool. The swimming pool of 4m x 8m has a roll-up cover. At the swimming pool is a stone house of 12 m2 with the pool installatation and a storage room, also equipped with a sink with running water. At the pool is an outdoor shower with hot water. On the other side of the mature garden, which is irrigated with affordable water from a borehole, there is another stone house of 10 m2 with a private terrace.

The front door opens into the hall with the bedrooms on the left. One on the entrance side and one with its own bathroom on the south side of the villa. Both bedrooms have deep fitted wardrobes and are air-conditioned. In the middle of the hall is a second bathroom. To the right of the hall are the spacious kitchen and the living room, which are in open connection with each other. Initially there was direct access to the living room from the hall, but the current residents have filled the passage with cupboards in the hall and a bookcase in the living room. In the living room is a cosy gas fireplace. Two sets of sliding doors offer access to the outside terrace. Due to the high sloping roof, which is finished in the Portuguese style with reed on the inside, the living floor offers an experience of space. The concrete roof was completely renovated a few years ago and provided with insulation and partially new roof tiles.

Below the living floor, on the level of the swimming pool, is a 60 m2 apartment with its own front door. Formally this is described as playroom and storage. Here you will find successively a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes. The apartment has a covered outdoor terrace off the living room, also accessible through sliding doors.

The location is very central. In a few minutes you can drive to the authentic village of Paderne where every year a medieval party is organized and you will find restaurants and many amenities. Within 5 minutes you can also drive to Tunes, where there is an important train hub for the connection to Lisbon. The connection to the motorways is close by, so you can reach the beach or all the amenities of Albufeira in 15 minutes and you will be at Faro airport in 25 minutes.
