On this level, the hallway leads you to the first double bedroom with sea view and a bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub, while through a stunning stone stairway, you reach the basement level, free on three sides, where you can find a wide living area with fireplace, a large, well-equipped and nicely furnished kitchen, besides a pantry and a bathroom. From this floor, you reach the impressive external terrace with views over Versilia coastline and the Apuan Alps, suitable for lunches and dinners with friends, also featuring an outdoor space with oven and barbecue.
On the first floor, you find the sleeping area (entirely paved with parquet floorings) which consists of two beautiful double bedrooms, furnished with refined taste, both of them having a bathroom with bath tub and shower for exclusive use. From the three floors of this enchanting house, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.
In the swimming-pool area, you find a changing room with shower, spacious sunbathing areas with cable radio and external lighting, besides the swimming-pool itself measuring 6 metres by 16 with heights ranging from 130 cm to 250 cm and provided with salted water and hydromassage. Coming from Stiava, this farmhouse is located in the municipality of Massarosa, on the first hills towards Pitoro mountain, immersed in the greenery and tranquility with a breathtaking and panoramic view over the sea, at just 15 minutes from Viareggio and the seaside, and at about 1 km from the centre of Stiava and all the main services.
Massarosa, town of Roman origins, is a major tourist, agricultural and industrial centre, located to the west of Viareggio between Sarzanese road and Massaciuccoli lake and has a territorial structure spread among hills, plains and lakes. The area is dotted with a lot of exclusive villas (dating back to the 16th and 19th centuries), villages and historical churches. Massarosa is also well known for its natural beauties, especially for the famous Massaciuccoli Lake inside the natural Park of Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli. The park extends along the coastline between Pisa and Lucca and also includes the former Presidential Estate of San Rossore, the pinewoods of Tombolo and Macchia Lucchese. In 2005 the Park was awarded with the European Diploma of Protected Areas and, thanks to its rich fauna, is a LIPU oasis, as well. The most outstanding hilly areas, if considered from a panoramic point of view along the shoreline, are Corsanico, Bargecchia, Mommio Castello, Montignano and Pieve a Elici, where one can appreciate breathtaking natural sights, historical and artistic beauties, immersed in the greenery and tranquility. From those hilly areas, the centre of Massarosa, the seaside and the beaches of the famous Versilia Riviera can be conveniently reached by car in just a few minutes. The hilly hinterland allows to go walking, cycling or horse riding on the old paths of the pilgrims along the Via Francigena.
