Other resort facilities will include a down-to-earth restaurant next to the fishing lake. Guests will be able to a catch fish at the adjacent fish pond and then have it prepared in the restaurant! There will also be bakery service available with delivery directly to your doorstep.

LAYOUT: There will be 30 chalets in total, in 5 different size variations, all sharing the typical Ausseer style. From compact 96m2 2-bedroom double floor cottages to vast 186m2 3-bed 3-bath dwellings. Each chalet will have an in-house sauna and some have extra wellness space. The interiors will be designed in traditional style, but feature all modern comforts to allow carefree holiday.

LOCATION: This new holiday resort will be built directly on the Grundlsee, a crispy fresh alpine lake set against the backdrop of imposing alpine peaks. The broader area, the Ausseerland, is a real natural jewel hiding countless unspoilt corners with from crystal-clear lakes Ausseersee, Grundlsee or Ödensee, to wonderful ski terrains of Loser (34km of slopes) and Tauplitz (43km of slopes) and welcoming traditional towns like Bad Aussee. Holidays in this area will provide you with the calm and relaxation you need. Grundlsee is just 1h30 drive from Salzburg airport.

USE & RENTAL YIELD: The chalets are sold as investment properties with an obligation to be rented out. The on-site agency will ensure a hassle-free rental service. Owners will be able to use their chalets for up to 30 days per year. During the rest of the time, owners will be earning an attractive net rental yield expected at c. 5-6% average over the next 10 years.
