Have you ever wanted to own your own hilltop on Ibiza? Guaranteed stunning views?

It is so difficult to create pictures of this stunning place, so I hope this description gives you an idea of the magic it has.
Firstly, the location of this estate is situated nearby the infamous Can Soleil, on a private hilltop (30.000 m2 land) overlooking Cala Comte and far beyond. West orientation, beautiful view of the sea and the small islands and the incredible sunsets. A big impressive gate opens up, leading you to a long entrance road up to the hill where two impressive lions welcome you into the estate.

On the premises, there are various buildings. When passing the lions on your right there is the main house and on your left, there is a big boathouse. Let's start with the boathouse of 116 m2(incl porch). It has a covered terrace on the backside and in the front of a porch. It is quite high, but unfortunately, we were unable to make pictures of the inside as it is full of stuff.
Please note that in the last 2 years the owner has fully refurbished the entire estate. He has renewed all waterpipes/ plumbing, electrical wiring, new windows/sliding doors, new A/C machines, all have been repainted and the interior has been opened up. There are wifi amplifiers all over the estate.
On your right is the main house which consists of a variety of 5 bedrooms (separate and connected), a living area, an office area, open plan kitchen on various levels. There is a spacious garage, and a pergola, a covered terrace and a swimming pool with a lot of terrace space surrounding it.

When walking through the matured gardens one can find a guesthouse at approx. 50 meter from the main house. The guesthouse has also been completely refurbished. The guesthouse or studio has a private little terrace with massive sea views.

Furthermore, when walking up the hill there is a wooden cabin which has been used as a guesthouse and another wooden/glass building which had the gym in it. The current owner has removed all the machines. Both are not official structures though, hence why they are wood.

There is a lack of interior pictures for the simple reason that the current owner has everything stored in boxes and every space is full of items. But please do not let that scare you off. This place is something else and we believe it can become even more.
Landscaping:
We would definitely recommend getting a landscaper in. There is a garden created with paths but it definitely needs a good trimming, cleaning as we believe we can get much more out of these gardens and create more wide angle views.
