In this spacious hallway one can get to the cloakroom, a bathroom, an office, wide stairs leading to the first floor with a small fountain next to the stairs, a kitchen of nearly 25 m2 with an additional laundry room and it leads to the living room (69 m2) with small bar, and a dining room (30 m2).
The living room opens up to a covered terrace (39 m2) which, as it is elevated, is overlooking the pool area and the gardens.

1st Floor
Going up the stairs, there is a 19 m2 hallway from where you can enter one of the 4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a changing room and various terraces. Legal Situation
All of the 760 m2 are legal and registered. Something, most of you now have discovered, is quite unique here on the island. A tourist license has been applied for in 2014 and thus one could start doing rentals. It would be the perfect setting for bigger groups (like a retreat) or someone with a big family who also likes to make some of the investment back.
Please note: government officials have a waiting list and therefore it takes approximately 4 years to get the final license. The current owner has applied for it over 4 years ago and are expecting the granted license to be received this year.
