Further there is a shower room with a wall to wall shower, sink + WC and light grey tiles. To the right there is a spacious bedroom/living area with a sloped wooden ceiling - all modern and new.


The access is via an asphalted road, an iron gate opens to the garden and a stone path leads to the main house. The entire plot is walled and fenced, landscaped and bordered with flower beds. A part of the exterior area is stone paved for easy maintenance. A mature vine gives shade to the main pergola and a gazebo in the middle of the yard provides a comfortable exterior shaded area.

Wooden steps lead to a small roof terrace on top of the small house, offering views to the surrounding olive groves and rural area. The garden wraps itself around the buildings and in the back there is an open space with trees and the solar panels. A stone build BBQ has been built on the side of the plot

Various fruit trees planted around the garden provide shady places, and a graveled parking space is provided fitting 2 cars. The house is built in a quiet area, in a narrow street at the edge of the village.


The traditional Cretan village square has two kafeneons and a mini market. Kalidonia is in a central location with easy access to the national highway. Chania is a 25-minute drive, Souda port 35 minutes and Chania airport 45 minutes.

In Kolimbari, which is located within a 5-minutes drive, there are various shops, services and a harbour, several restaurants specializing in local fish and a beach. A short distance away is the beautiful beach of Ravdoucha and the Rodopou peninsula. The busy town of Kastelli is only a 15-minute drive from the property.
