There is a small spiral staircase to the magnificent upstairs bedroom with original stone floor and vaulted ceiling, the en-suit bath with shower has fully tiled walls and floor. The vaulted ceiling has been lined with stained tounge and grooved pine boards there are two metal rods (painted black) which with the beamed ceiling tie the walls in giving it tremendous strength. Behind the Kingsize bed there is a very attractive arched recess. The room has two arched windows with outside shutters and there are french doors leading to the balcony overlooking the courtyard and studio with views to the sea in the distance. There are also french doors opening to the outside staircase which leads down to the courtyard. In the courtyard there is a beautiful date palm tree which provides excellent shade in the summer.

The courtyard is shared by the studio which is in itself a self contained single story house and beautiful in its own right. It is a double sized room with a shower room cooking facilities with solid pine work surfaces vaulted pine clad ceiling and probably most attractive of all a beautiful traditional working fireplace which could easily and inexpensively have a log burner fitted.

Arsos is a beautiful typical Cypriot village approximately 30 minutes drive from limassol in the heart of the Troodos wine growing region. It boasts its own winery, taverna, bakery, coffee shops , mini markets museum and its famous byzantine church with the village built around it. The village is close to Omodos and Vasa and has excellent roads making it very easy to get to from Paphos Airport. Aprox.40 minutes easy drive away.
