The typical Canarian town Chiguergue belongs to the municipality of Guía de Isora and is an ideal place to spend quiet vacations remotely placed from the usual mass tourism. From the neighbour village Chio you will reach the coast as well as the mountains with the national park ?Cañadas del Teide" in less than ten minutes. The location of the town is a perfect starting point for excursions into the interior, for hikes and of course for the fantastic drive to the Teide. The sunny Southwest coast of the island with ist various beaches is reachable in about 15 minutes. Due to the good highway connection with the TF1 it is easy to reach the international South Airport with about 40 km distance and also the touristic centres like Los Cristianos with 26 km, Playa de las Américas with 25 km and Costa Adeje with about 18 km.
