The water is heated by a SOLAR water heating system, ecofriendly and due to the sun in Barbados, always hot and reliable.

The third bathroom is attached to the house but next to the garage and a laundry area.

This third bathroom can also be used to shower after the beach etc.

There is also a secure storage room attached to the house.

The driveway has ample parking in addition to the covered garage. If someone desired, the garage could be enclosed to create another room, as the driveway is more than adequate for parking a couple of cars.

Visitors can also park outside of the property, as the road is cul de sac and not subject to traffic.

The front porch area is partially enclosed and is fully roofed and very cosy. Suitable for chairs or hammocks.
