We are delighted to bring this tradtional finca to the market. This rustic and well-presented finca is located in Salinas surrounded by mountains and nature.

In 2017 the finca was completely renovated with durable materials and a good finish. In addition, electricity and water were also modernized.The finca is divided into two floors. On the first floor we find a large living room, the magnificent kitchen, a toilet and two bedrooms with their own bathroom. Also a storage room for garden tools and a small room for the storage of bedding and towels plus a room for cleaning.On the second floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom and a smaller bedroom. All with high wooden ceilings with unbeatable views overlooking the Sierra and surroundings.

The plot measures 13.000 m2 and is all fenced, there is irrigation water and there are planted numerous fruit trees and plants that are starting to grow! There are neighbours on both sides of the plot that live there during the year. The electricity of the house is obtained thanks to the solar panels, which do not have a great maintenance job, only controlling once a month. The batteries have been renewed this summer for a duration of about 10 years. If it is cloudy 3 or 4 days the electricity works perfectly.During the renovation in 2017 there was also a swimming pool added. The 8x4 pool is salty, its maintenance is only about 50 Euros per year. and right next to it there is a veranda with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the good life.

At the moment the owners manage the house like a small rustic hotel (B&B) where they have reservations throughout the year. They can accommodate about 10 people. They can show income.

The property is located 4km from Salinas, and not far from the salt lakes (Lagunas de Salinas). Local amenties can be found in Salinas, such as a supermarket, bar and restaurants. Alicante airport and the beach are a 50 minutes drive.
