From the landing, the staircase leads up to a spacious lounge which takes up the majority of the first floor. To the far end of the room is a large shower room with built-in storage cupboards, a spacious tiled walk-in shower, WC, and basin set in marble topped vanity unit.

Outside, a patio with seating area is situated outside a brick built outdoor kitchen with built in wooden oven, granite work surfaces, built-in sink. This is an excellent space which could be linked to the main house via the pantry. The windows overlooking the garden are screened to allow free air-flow in the summer, and there are boards to screen the windows in the winter months.

Near to the parking area, a covered patio provides an additional sheltered place to sit and gives access to two storage caves, one of which is shelved and the other currently used as a log store. From here, tiled stairs lead to a south facing roof terrace, perfect for catching the sun.

From the front of the house, steps lead down to a lower garden area with a small store room, external shower, and a private garden with patio, perfect for either an above ground pool or hot tub. A further small flight of steps leads down to another garden area with a mature lemon tree and space to grow vegetables or additional fruit trees. The other garden areas are planted with mature flowering shrubs.
