The business was established by our client back in 2001 and is now reluctantly being offered for sale so that they can enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Since ownership there has been continual investment on the freehold properties to include new equipment along with fixtures & fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time. The business is overseen by the owner but operates day to day by an assistant Director and a team of 40 staff members. The service has moved with the times with the changes in regulations and Quality Standards. They have also developed strong relationships with Surrey and Oxfordshire, the organisation has tendered on a number of contracts. Currently they have in place the West Midlands Framework, Southampton Framework and the Placement Northwest. Having agreed to go on the contract also have Spot Purchases.
They are regulated service inspected by Ofsted. The 7 current homes are rated at good in all areas this is an achievement in itself. whilst we take pride of the Good in all areas, we still work towards achieving Outstanding homes and has 3 Registered Managers who are registered for 2 homes and 1 Manager who is registered for 1 home and will be looking to increase the number of homes this will enable all Managers to be dual registered.
