What do you love most about your home?
It's a peaceful sanctuary - the building is quiet and I love the large windows that overlook the trees in the garden. Having an ensuite bathroom is a huge benefit and not very common with 2 bedroom flats. The secure parking is a great asset and gives me peace of mind knowing my car is safe.

Why are you moving?
I'm moving out of London for a change in lifestyle.

What do you love about the area?
The location is exceptional, you can get into Oxford Street in 20 minutes, with the Northern Line, Jubilee Line and Overground all within walking distance. And being halfway between Primrose Hill Park and Hampstead Heath means there's plenty of green space nearby. There are so many lovely shops and cafes in the vicinity, from Hampstead High Street, to Belsize Village to Primrose Hill.
