There is a spacious double glazed window (with fitted blinds) that allows plenty of light in, giving this room a pleasant and light feel to it, whilst also affording you clear views over the rear of the property.
The floor benefits from carpet flooring and the décor is warm - neutral.

You will share the rest of this property with 2 other people. It's a large property with ample parking outside.

There is a nice modern bathroom with shower-over bath, sink and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's an oven, electric hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin etc...

She is not there to wash up your dirty plates. She will monitor food left in the fridge/freezer and dispose of out of date items.
