It is close to the playing field and the acre paddock where dog-owners can exercise their dogs safely off-lead.

This cottage also has a large fully-fitted kitchen and planty of dining and relaxing space plus a play room for the little ones.
The property sits in approximately 4 acres of gardens and land and is set down its own driveway, well off the road.
The beautiful Cardigan Bay coastline is only a couple of miles away whilst the open moorland of the Preseli Hills is within easy reach by car. In fact, it is centrally located for people who want to walk, ride, cycle, surf, sail or golf.
The current owners have worked hard to ensure that there is plenty to entertain on site too. These include a woodland nature walk with stream, Gorslwyd's "Secret Garden", the tranquil meditation garden, a peaceful sanctuary, a summerhouse for the adults to relax with (next door) a playroom for the little ones.
