Head towards Weymouth and Portland from Dorchester on the A354. As you descend down the hill take the left hand slip road signposted for Upwey. At the T junction take the left and follow this under the railway bridge. At the next junction turn right onto Dorchester Road. Continue until you reach the first right hand turn into Elwell Street, signposted The Old Ship Inn. Follow the road down into the village and at the end of the road turn right into Church Street. The property can be found a little way up on the right hand side before the Wishing Well Tea Rooms.
