Through the terrace sliding doors lead to the living room with air conditioning and a wood burning stove. On the left there is a bathroom with shower, wheelchair friendly. In addition to this bathroom, there is an air-conditioned bedroom. A slope from here one goes to the entrance of the house. In the entrance there is the front door with to the left the beautiful fully fitted kitchen with a door leading to the living room. From the hall there is an air-conditioned bedroom to the right, next to it an air-conditioned dining room, this room could be a bedroom. In the same hall there are very useful built-in cupboards for storage space. A ramp from the hall leads where the office is now with a fireplace. A door leads to the second fully fitted kitchen. This door can be closed between the apartment and the private area. A staircase leads to the apartment which can be used for family / rental purposes. There is a small entrance with on the left a living room with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, which has access to the living room. The other double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and also air conditioning. From this bedroom a patio door leads to a spacious roof terrace with great views of the mountains and surroundings.

There is an oasis of (fruit) trees, plants and shrubs around the house. The driveway is completely paved in front of the house. Next to the house there is a wooden terrace with a swimming pool where guests and yourself can take a dip and enjoy the surroundings. There is also a BBQ area where you can enjoy a nice meal.

Extras: water softener, an osmosis system in the kitchen, solar panels on the roof (no batteries), the upper floor is fully insulated, mosquito nets on all windows.

The views are breathtaking of the area and the mountains. The location of the house is very quiet. An ideal location to offer a relaxing holiday.
