What do you love most about your home? The open plan living space is amazingly bright (house plants actually survive) and is such an adaptable space. I love to cook and have people over, so having room for a large dining table makes all the difference. During the last year it's also doubled as a home office without ever feeling cramped. The south facing terrace is filled with plants and with the doors open in summer it really feels like an extra room.

Why are you moving? I'm moving out of London which means leaving the flat. I'd take it with me if I could.

What do you love about the area? Camberwell is such a great place to live. There are so many options for food and drink, with new places opening all the time. The Camberwell Arms and Stormbird for drinks, Nandine, Theo's, F M Mangal for food… Having Silk Road on my doorstep is almost enough to make me not want to leave. You are easy walking distance to both Peckham and East Dulwich which both have even more options for food and drink, as well as plenty more green spaces, shops and galleries. The flat is only 7 minutes walk to Denmark Hill station with both Overground and National Rail services meaning you can get to pretty much any part of London.
