The large opening area into the dinning room gives more space for having guests over and is a great space for house dinners/drinks/study sessions.
The property is a semi detached which is connected to another 4 bedroom student house that we manage too. We have had students in the past love this house so much they have rented it for for over 3 years. The landlord and landlady are lovely and it is a pleasure working with them.
