Site Description - The land known as Bryn Steffan has been partly developed over the last 15 years and subsequently sold but an area of 5.32 acres (2.15 hectares) remains undeveloped. The land is identified in the local plan as residential development land and a ransom strip is included in the sale (further details will be given on application). We are awaiting an environmental report for the site.
Location - The land is located on the outskirts of Lampeter, Ceredigion. Lampeter is approximately 24 miles south of Aberystwyth and approximately 45 miles north of Swansea. The land is located off the A482 and accessed via Bryn Steffan. More specifically, the property is positioned in a fairly rural area, however, Lampeter is home to a University of Wales Trinity St David campus and is the largest town in Ceredigion after Aberystwyth and Cardigan.
