This SMALLHOLDING with around 7 ACRES of land is a slice of heaven set amongst the beautiful Ceredigion countryside and yet it is just a 15 minute drive to the coast at Aberaeron.
There is a two bedroom traditional detached stone property, plus a two-bed detached stone annexe which is used as a very successful holiday let which currently is almost fully booked to September this year. There is also a very large stone barn ( with a completely refurbished roof) ripe for conversion (subject to any consents required ) and a beautiful large feature pond together with very good level pastureland in 3 main paddocks with a pretty river running through. Outside there are numerous poultry units scattered around the estate as well as a bridlepath running along the edge of the property ideal for walking or horseriding.
With no immediate neighbours the setting is idyllic and represents classic country living at its very best. NO ONWARD CHAIN.
