Not easy to find a house with this much accommodation in such a desirable area and in this price range! Located on the outskirts of the Fareham area in sought-after Titchfield Park in a quiet close, this fantastic, sizeable family home is situated within close proximity of Titchfield village, Whiteley shopping centre, Skylark Golf and Country Club and beautiful walks through the woods and down to the coast. For those commuting further afield to work, the house is located within only a few minutes of junction 9 of the M27.

Presented to a high standard and recently re-decorated throughout inside and outside with new flooring laid, the house is move-in ready and waiting to be enjoyed by its new owner. From the double aspect lounge opening into the conservatory, through the expansive kitchen/breakfast room and on through into the generous separate dining room, the house has an extremely spacious feel and is ideal for entertaining. The triple-aspect master suite with en-suite on the first floor runs the length of the house and is very bright and spacious.

The dining room, adjacent study and ground-floor bedroom with en-suite lend themselves to a range of possible uses depending on requirements. With a separate entrance and lockable door to the kitchen, this area would be ideal for office/business use or as separate accommodation for a family member.

Planning permission has been recently granted for a larger orangery to replace the existing conservatory and connecting with the dining room to provide a full circular route around the ground floor. Plans are available upon request.

FIBRE BROADBAND BT ultrafast fibre broadband is available and connected at this property providing exceptionally fast internet speeds.

EXTERNALLY The front garden is enclosed with attractive wrought iron fencing. To the rear is a well maintained, landscaped private garden, laid to lawn with a patio area, raised seating area and garden shed. To one side is a driveway providing off-road parking for 2 cars and to the other side a gravel area and side gate.

LOCATION This house is conveniently located close to local bus routes and access to Junction 9 of the M27 is not far away providing good links to Portsmouth and Southampton. The nearby A27 takes you East towards Fareham and West towards Hedge End and Swanwick. There are various business parks accessible around Segensworth and Whiteley is close by which offers a wide range of shopping facilities, restaurants, coffee shops and cinema complex.

SCHOOLS The property falls within the catchment area of Brookfield Community Schools and local primary schools include Cornerstone C of E Primary, Titchfield Primary and Park Gate Primary School.

What the owners say

During our time here, it has been a very comfortable and warm house. We really love the space and layout! The ground floor bedroom with en-suite feels almost like a separate wing of the house and provides us with peace and privacy from the children in the upstairs rooms. As we work from home, the layout and size of this house has been ideal and moving on has not been an easy decision. It is a safe, pleasant and quiet place to live while being logistically very convenient.

We have re-landscaped the garden and recently had everything redecorated. The garden is private, sunny and easy to maintain. The kitchen is spacious and well laid out. Having four toilets is a godsend for a family. On sunny days we open the door from the lounge to the conservatory and even in winter can often heat much of the house this way.

We have taken almost daily walks in the nearby woods. On warmer days we can easily get to the beach and we love the path that runs from Titchfield village through to Titchfield Haven. Also, only a few minutes’ away is the Whiteley shopping centre with large Tesco store which is convenient for all the weekly shopping. The Doctor’s surgery in the village is excellent and there is a pharmacy just opposite.

With the main loft part boarded, a large purpose-built shed outside, cupboard under the stairs, airing cupboard on the landing, so many kitchen cabinets and a built-in wardrobe in one bedroom there is loads of storage space.

We prefer living in a cul-de-sac without through traffic and it is really peaceful here. Our neighbours are very pleasant and helpful. It is also convenient for rubbish disposal having the local recycling centre located so close at Segensworth. As we can be on the motorway in minutes, getting to Portsmouth or Southampton or onto the M3 to London is very easy.
