What do you love most about your home?
I love the kitchen - it has a great inclusive feel about it which makes it a very social space. I love the living room with its balcony and great views of London. The house is a well-designed space with a fairly plain exterior and a few surprises on the inside!
Why are you moving?
We're moving to Wales as I want to go home to live after nearly 40 years in London and also to be near our daughter & her family.
What do you love about the area?
Great area - near Crystal Palace Park & Horniman Museum & Gardens - some good eating places in both Crystal Palace & Forest Hill, all within walking distance. Our road - Woodsyre - is a good community - friendly and supportive and we are part of a communal Green area owned by the Dulwich Estate and next to Sydenham/Dulwich Woods. Good parking space outside our house, useful bus routes & 10 minutes walk to Sydenham Hill station.
