"Back Garden: Having a large garden with a hot tub has made outdoor entertaining a real pleasure and been a lockdown sanity lifesaver! We get lots of sun throughout the day and love to cook and hangout outdoors (our puppy loves it too!). There is also lots of potential to expand on what we have already done if you are a keen gardener, want to install an outdoor office, etc. and you'll benefit from the work we already did in 2017 (new deck, fences, etc.).
