The heating is centralized, while the hot water is produced independently through an electric boiler, and the condo fees indicatively around 1,500 and per year also include maintenance of the large outdoor areas where in addition to parking lots and the garden there are tennis courts available to condominiums.
Very useful is the private parking space in the garage of the residence, with convenient access even during the winter season.
A solution for your summer and winter holidays, but also an island of relaxation to be reached even on weekends.
