For more extensive cultural, retail and leisure amenities the city of Worcester is 11 miles away and can accommodate for a lot of things including fast access to London at Worcester Parkway (London in under 2hrs). Birmingham is 30 miles away and has an excellent international airport that flies to many destinations. The village has an excellent Church of England Primary School and sits within the catchment to the much acclaimed Chantry High School in nearby Martley.
